Wilbrecht LEDCO, inc' metal foil resistors are constructed to reliably meet the tightest temperature coefficients and resistance tolerances while providing long term stability in high reliability applications.

SMD Resistors based on Vishay Precision Group (VPG) supplied materials.

Trimmed and tested to the exact value in our Huron, SD factory, a VPG authorized Precision Center.

The resistor's unique two-wire lead construction abates mechanical stresses and provides increased protection against vibration in military and aerospace applications. All production is documented to QPL standards.

Micro-D M83513 Connectors

 

The Amphenol Micro-D connector series (M83513) offers proven military spec performance and reliability in rectangular and stripline micro connectors. The Micro-D connectors are available in rectangular D, strip and custom card edge configurations, with contacts on .050 (1.27) centers. Inserts in Micro-D miniature connectors with signal and coax/power contacts are also available. The socket contact is a precision fabricated tube. Pin and socket contacts are epoxy retained in high-grade thermoplastic insulators. The contact system has proven reliability, exceeding the performance specifications of MIL-DTL-83513. Terminations are available in a broad range including solder cup, terminated to wire harness, vertical and right angle PCB. Plastic and metal shell versions are available in Micro-D series, in a broad range of shell finishes. A broad range of mounting hardware is available (jackscrews, posts, guide pins) as well as straight and angled back-shell.

HI-DENSITY CARD CONNECTOR

Designed for a space-conscious industry. Provides an extremely dense and reliable interconnection for card-to-card and card-to-cable applications. Connector performance per M83513 specifications. Available in vertical mount for thru-hole applications and wire harness termination styles for both plug and receptacle.Wide selection of wire sizes (24 thru 30). Shell employs a polarizing "D" shape for correct mating.

Sealed basic snap action microswitch. A precision microswitch for high breaking capacity, the MP110 serie offers IP67 protection using wide range of interchangeable actuators.

The switching mechanism is completely protected by the housing, which is itself assembled by ultrasonic welding. However, as it has protruding connection terminals, it has to be provided with an accessory system of connection,
which can be :

Microswitch SERIE MP200

The MP200 is a IP67 sealed snap action microswitch with potted cable for demanding industrial applications. An IP68 protection with strengthened cable outlet and increased actuating force for operation in liquids is also available. All actuators are in stainless steel for maximum protection in hazardous industrial environments.

The switch can be supplied with 2 different electrical circuits. The MP210 Version is a single pole double throw microswitch for a power rating of 15A / 250VAC. In its MP220 version a single pole double break circuit can double-break a power line of up to 10A / 250VAC.

Operational Temperature rating under EN61058 is -40°C to +130°C, but temperature rating as well as the power rating may change based on the selected potted cable material and cross section
