Gemini Electronic Components, Inc. is aware of the conflict minerals reporting obligations legislated by Section 1501 of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. While we are not a publicly traded company, we understand that many of our customers are required to do their due diligence, in the process have inquired or will be inquiring about the use of conflict minerals in the products we distribute.
Gemini Electronic Components, Inc. is not a manufacturer of electronics parts and thus is not in a position to provide accurate information about the use of conflict minerals in the components it distributes. The electronic component manufacturers are the only source of accurate information regarding raw materials including any conflict minerals, used in the manufacture of their products.
